Our cozy apartment house Alexandra is located just 200 meters from the beach and offers 9 comfortable accommodations. Through our booking system, you can easily select your travel dates and view pictures of the rooms.

Additional service (optional)
Please note that the initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the rental. If you wish to have them changed during your stay, this service must be booked separately at an additional charge. The cost is: €20.00 for a studio for 2 persons, €30.00 for a studio for 3 persons, €40.00 for an apartment for 4 persons. We are also happy to offer a mid-stay cleaning service for your apartment at a price of €45.00. This can easily be added via our booking page.
Contractual Terms and Conditions
1. Condition of the Room and Amenities
Your booked room will be provided in a clean condition and is equipped with towels and bed linen. Additional services can be added to your booking for a fee and will be charged separately.
2. Damages to the Property
You are required to report any damages caused during your stay. If we detect damage due to improper use during your rental period, we reserve the right to charge you for repair costs. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
3. Payment
We accept payment via credit card or bank transfer. Transfers must be completed at least 30 days prior to arrival. In case of partial payment, you will receive a timely reminder for the remaining amount.
If the payment is not completed by the specified deadline, the booking will be cancelled, and any deposit refunded.
Always include your booking number with the payment for proper allocation.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing (e.g., by email). We distinguish the following cases:
Flexible Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel free of charge up to 42 days before arrival.
Partial Refund: If cancelled within 42 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.
No-Show (Non-Arrival): Please inform us in advance in case of a delayed arrival. Without notification, the room will be held until 12:00 a.m. on the day of arrival. After that, the booking will be cancelled without refund.
5. Reservation and Booking
Once the full payment is received, you will get a booking confirmation and voucher.
If only a deposit has been made, it counts as a reservation and becomes a binding booking only upon full payment. Otherwise, it will be cancelled.
6. Conduct and House Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments. Violations may result in cleaning fees and further consequences. Please treat other guests and staff with respect, and observe quiet hours during midday and at night.
7. Wi-Fi Usage
You will receive Wi-Fi login details with your booking confirmation.
These credentials are intended only for your personal use.
Sharing them with third parties may result in your device being blocked via MAC address.
8. Parking
No private parking is available. Street parking is possible in accordance with local traffic regulations.
